Entries into promotional draws

​

• All members have one (1) entry into each promotional draw while they have an active membership.

• Entries into promotional draws are subject to the terms and conditions associated with the relevant promotion, which should be read in conjunction with these membership terms and conditions. 

• You can change your membership at any time through your members portal, however it will come into effect on your next billing cycle. No refund will be offered if you opt to downgrade your membership mid-billing cycle.
   

Termination of membership

• You may cancel your Digital or Club House membership within 3 days of the renewal date by logging into our members portal and selecting 'Memberships', and then selecting 'Disable Auto Renewal'. If you are having difficulty doing this, please contact us. If you hold a Workshop membership, the term is 3 months so you are not able to cancel until that time period has elapsed.

• Once the cancellation process is complete, your membership will not renew but you wil still have access up to the end of the paid billing cycle. No refund will be offered if you cancel your membership mid-billing cycle for any reason or if you do not complete the cancellation process before the payment comes out. 

• Cancellation of your membership will not remove you from our marketing database. To remove yourself from our marketing database you must click the unsubscribe link in the promotional email or SMS message (as relevant) and follow the prompts.

• If you hold a membership and, for any reason, a direct debit for payment of your membership fails, we will attempt to debit your payment on further occasions after the initial payment failure. If, after these attempts, we are unable to debit your membership payment, your membership and all membership benefits will be terminated.

Membership sign-up bonuses

​

1. From time to time we may offer sign-up bonuses, special offers or free trial periods. These bonuses, special offers and free trial periods are only valid in accordance with the terms and conditions which apply to that bonus, special offer of free trial period.

2. If you sign up to a free trial period and do not cancel before the end of the free trial period, your nominated payment method will be automatically deducted in accordance with the membership terms set out above until you cancel your membership in accordance with these terms and conditions.

 

Change of details

1. You should notify us of any change of name, address, contact number, email address or billing information by updating your details online in FullBOOST Garage members portal, or emailing us at garage@fullboost.com.au.

2. We will not be responsible for any failure by you to notify us of your change of details, which may result in you not obtaining the full benefit of your FullBOOST Garage membership.

Liability

​

We do not exclude any rights and remedies in respect of goods or services under the Competition and Consumer Act (2010) which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified. However, the remainder of this clause will apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and we and our partners are not be liable (including in negligence) for any loss (including but not limited to indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage whatsoever which is suffered or for any personal injury, illness or death suffered or sustained in connection with FullBOOST Garage membership, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

General terms and conditions

​

• For the purpose of these terms and conditions, discounts are the rates we have arranged with each of our partners and distributors. 

• We are not responsible for any tax implications arising from you using the FullBOOST Garage platform or receiving any benefit from it.

• We may exclude or suspend you from the FullBOOST Garage website and/or member portal or from receiving benefits from the FullBOOST Garage website and/or member portal if you:

  • engage in conduct that may jeopardise the proper conduct of the FullBOOST Garage website and/or member portal;

  • act in a disruptive, annoying, threatening, abusive or harassing manner;

  • do anything that may diminish the good name or reputation of us, our partners or any of our related entities or contractors;

  • breach any law in connection with the FullBOOST Garage website and/or member portal or your participation in our promotions; or

  • behave in a way that we reasonably believe is otherwise inappropriate.

• You must not assign or attempt to assign any right or liability under these terms and conditions without our prior written consent.

• All references to $ in these terms and conditions are in Australian dollars.

• We may, from time to time, amend these terms and conditions. The amended terms and conditions will apply from the time they are posted on the FullBOOST Garage website and/or member portal or are otherwise notified to members. If you do not wish to accept any amendments to these terms and conditions, you may cancel your FullBOOST Garage  membership.

• We may cease offering memberships by notifying members on the FullBOOST Garage website and/or member portal or otherwise, provided that we provide sufficient notice so that the termination does not cause unreasonable financial or other detriment to members.

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Competition terms

​

By enrolling as a member or customer of FullBOOST Garage, the participant agrees to participate in the contest and accepts the following terms:

• All disputes, claims, and causes of action arising from or related to the contest and promotional gifts will be resolved individually without resorting to any form of class action.

• Claims, judgments, and awards will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in entering the contest. FullBOOST Garage will not be responsible for any legal fees under any circumstances.

• Participants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and any rights to have damages multiplied or increased, except for actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred in entering the contest.

• FullBOOST Garage, its licensees, parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies, advertising or promotional agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents shall not be liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from access to or use of this website, electronic or computer malfunctions, or participant involvement in the contest, even if FullBOOST Garage was advised of the possibility of such damages.

• FullBOOST Garage reserves the right to disqualify any participant found tampering with or abusing any aspect of the contest, as determined solely by FullBOOST Garage.

• In the event the contest is compromised by unauthorised human intervention, tampering, or other causes beyond the reasonable control of FullBOOST Garage, which corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper operation of the contest, FullBOOST Garage reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the contest.

• Any attempt by a participant to deliberately damage the website and undermine the legitimate operation of the contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws. In such cases, FullBOOST Garage reserves the right to seek damages from the participant to the fullest extent permitted by law.

• FullBOOST Garage assumes no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunctions of computer systems, servers, software, internet service providers, or email systems, nor for the failure of any entry to be received due to technical problems or incomplete, late, lost, damaged, illegible, or misdirected electronic communications, or any combination thereof.

• The contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law, and FullBOOST Garage reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the contest to ensure its proper operation and fairness.
